the angry princess blonde is BACK! so excited that this beer will be the first beer i have on my new kegerator at home. that's right. i was allowed to buy myself a kegerator. what is that you ask? well, it's essentially a means to serve my beer via kegs from taps at home. the angry princess will be looking good to serve in about three to four weeks all going well. i still need to set up the kegerator system but fingers crossed it won't be long.
the new version of the angry princess has a few slight changes. it now has vienna, and not pilsner as it's base malt. this should see a nice increase in the malt characteristics of the beer, and to give it more depth to the flavour. as the beer only uses a very small amount of hallertau hops, i felt it would benefit from an increase in malt flavours to add to the taste. i've also removed the sweeter carapils malt, and added a lower range cyrstal malt. i feel like this change will make the beer more to style and balance out.
excited!
