i was very lucky last weekend and was allowed (by the mrs and the little man) to get a brew on. it's tough with a newborn!
i decided to re-create and re-brew an old one i did long ago that wasn't all it should have been - the lazy sunday. this time however, i'm looking forward to tasting how my new tweaks and fix-ups will work.
this beer is an all-amarillo, subtly fruity, australian lightly coloured pale ale. not too dissimilar to the sorts of beer that gets passed off as 'craft' beer at pubs and bars where there isn't any.
can't wait to get this one into the keg and then get a new beer rolling in. look out for the tapping of the milestone lager, and another brew day next week!
sexyfuntime,
fletcher.
